Description

Peristaltic pump LBX P10+ Touch with 2 channels is a laboratory pump for dosing and continuous fluid transfer across a speed range of 0,1 to 300 rpm. An LCD touchscreen provides access to four intelligent operating modes—transfer mode, time mode, quantitative mode and combined quantitative/time mode—supporting flexible, controlled liquid handling. The energy-saving motor is designed for low noise during operation. The package includes a foot pedal for manual flow control, 2 m silicone tubing (OD 9,6 mm / ID 6,4 mm), two check valves, two plastic connectors and a filling nozzle. Rated 220 V / 50–60 Hz and compatible with the RS485/MODBUS communication protocol, the instrument from manufacturer Labbox is suited to precise laboratory transfer and metering tasks. Net weight is 5,250 kg. Supplied with EU cable and covered by a 2-year warranty, it supports routine multi-channel fluid workflows in research and analytical environments.

Questions about LBX P10+ Touch Peristaltic Pump, 2 channels, 0.1 - 300 rpm, EU cable

What is this article?

LBX P10+ Touch Peristaltic Pump, 2 channels, 0.1 - 300 rpm, EU cable is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Labbox for laboratory use. It sits in Peristaltic & dosing pumps, inside Pumps, vacuum & evaporation, in Lab instruments.

A peristaltic pump moves liquid by rollers squeezing a tube, so the liquid never touches the mechanism. Flow depends on the tube bore and the speed. A dosing pump aims at a set volume. The tube is the consumable, and the chemical has to be one that tube survives.

A vacuum pump lowers the pressure above a liquid so it boils at a lower temperature. That is the point of a rotary evaporator: solvent leaves a sample without cooking it. A diaphragm pump or a rotary-vane pump is chosen by the vacuum it reaches and by whether solvent vapour will destroy it. A peristaltic pump moves liquid by squeezing a tube, so the liquid touches only the tube. A barrel pump transfers a larger volume from a drum. The glassware on the evaporator is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Solvent identity is on PubChem.
