Description
The 2310-C high-range conductivity electrode is designed for conductivity measurement from 20 to 2000 mS/cm at cell constant K = 10. Equipped with a platinum-black coated ring sensor, it provides stable and accurate high-range readings, with stated accuracy of ±1,5 % F.S.; without calibration, accuracy can be held within ±10 % of full scale. The shaft is POM plastic and the connection is BNC on a 1 m cable. No temperature sensor is built in; a separate temperature probe is required for full automatic temperature compensation or manual temperature entry. Compatible with all conductivity meters that use BNC connectors, the electrode measures Ø12 × 145 mm and is recommended for use between 0 and 80 °C. Supplied as one piece from manufacturer APERA Instruments, it is intended for high-conductivity samples where a robust K = 10 sensor is needed. A six-month manufacturer warranty is included.

Questions about 2310-C High Range Conductivity Electrode (K=10.0, BNC Connector)
What is this article?
2310-C High Range Conductivity Electrode (K=10.0, BNC Connector) is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes APERA Instruments for laboratory use. It sits in Conductivity meters & cells, inside pH & electrochemistry, in Lab instruments.
A conductivity meter and its cell measure how well a solution carries current. The cell constant is the geometry that converts conductance to conductivity, and it is calibrated with a standard. Temperature compensation matters because conductivity rises with temperature.
A pH meter is a voltmeter on a glass electrode. The voltage tracks hydrogen-ion activity, and the electrode is converted to pH only after it is adjusted with buffers of known value. Conductivity measures how well a solution carries a current, which for dilute salts tracks concentration. Dissolved oxygen and titration are further electrodes on the same idea: a sensor, a standard, and a reading that is only as fresh as the calibration. Buffer values and chemical identity sit on PubChem. Accreditation of the calibration laboratory is the field of BELAC and EURAMET.
