MIXcontrol MTP RS232 is a universal control unit with RS232 interface for connecting one MIXdrive MTP stirring drive. It delivers up to 10 W stirring power over a speed range of 100 to 2,000 rpm and supports jerk-free stirring even at low speeds, with four-stage power setting (5/10/15/20 W). A digital display enables clear adjustment of speed and power. SoftStart ensures reliable catching and centring of the stir bar with safe acceleration, while QuickSet allows rapid selection of the initial or maximum speed. The last functional state is stored when the unit is switched off. The durable stainless steel housing is easy to clean and rated IP20. Further interfaces (0–10 V, 4–20 mA, USB, Ethernet, OPC UA, LADS-oriented), alternative housings such as for DIN-rail mounting, and software modifications are available on request. Developed and made in Germany by manufacturer 2mag, the unit carries a three-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects. Permissible operating temperature is 0 to +40 °C at 80 % relative humidity. Electrical connection is 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz / 1,5 A with 48 VDC output. Dimensions (W×D×H) are 200 × 155 × 38 mm; net weight 1,6 kg. Supplied as 1 piece.
