Water sampling bottle PP with sodium thiosulfate, clear, sterile (R), 125 ml is a polypropylene vessel engineered for the collection, transport and storage of water samples intended for microbiological analysis. It is suitable for all analyses that require a sterile specimen. Bottles are produced in aseptically controlled halls and then sterilised by gamma irradiation; packaging displays batch numbers together with manufacturing and expiry dates. The square shape aids handling and saves storage space, while the GL 50 neck simplifies filling and pouring. A polyethylene cap with broad grip grooves, self-locking action and an internal safety ring guarantees a hermetic, leak-tight seal. Embossed graduations on the side walls improve visibility of the liquid level. Clear bottles are moulded from highly transparent polypropylene for excellent content visibility. Pre-dosed with sodium thiosulfate at 20 mg/l in accordance with ISO/FIS 19458/2006, this format from manufacturer ISOLAB Laborgeräte is ideal when residual chlorine could alter sample composition.
