Description

CN 14561 cyanide reaction cuvette test enables photometric determination of cyanide in the measuring range 0,010–0,500 mg/l CN. Each pack contains 25 tests in 16 mm round cuvettes and requires a sample volume of 5 ml. The barbituric acid reaction method complies with DIN 38405-13, ISO 6703, EPA 335.2, APHA 4500-CN- E and ASTM D2036-09 D, making the kit suitable for accredited environmental and industrial laboratories. Compatible with PhotoLab® and pHotoFlex® instruments from manufacturer WTW - a Xylem brand, the test delivers standardised results for free and total cyanide monitoring. A batch certificate accompanies every lot, documenting performance data for quality systems. The pre-dosed cuvette format simplifies workflow, reduces reagent preparation and supports high sample throughput in water, wastewater and process-control applications. Laboratories rely on this reaction cuvette test for routine surveillance programmes where low-level cyanide quantification and adherence to international standard methods are essential. Compact packaging and clear measuring range facilitate reliable day-to-day analytical work.

Questions about CN 14561, Cyanide Reaction Cuvette Test Measuring range:

What is this article?

CN 14561, Cyanide Reaction Cuvette Test Measuring range: is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes WTW - a Xylem brand for laboratory use. It sits in Cuvette tests (Nanocolor), inside Test kits & water analysis, in Lab chemicals.

A cuvette test is a ready optical cell containing the reagents for one water or one chemical determination. The sample is added, the cell goes into a photometer, and the range printed on the box is the range of the answer. It is a method, packaged, not a bottle of reagent to assemble.

A test kit turns a chemical question into a colour, a titre or a reading on a strip, so the operator does not have to assemble the method from separate reagents. A cuvette test is a ready optical cell. A strip is a field reading. The range printed on the kit is the range where the answer means something. Outside it, the kit is silent or wrong. The substances inside are on PubChem. Water measurement traces to NIST.
