Ball funnel "ARNOLD" V2.0 with double thread R2" BSP/G2" (m) plus 2" Tri-Sure (m) is an electrically dissipative PE-HD safety funnel engineered for safe disposal of hazardous liquid waste. The 200 mm diameter funnel includes splash protection, a removable sieve and an earthing cable. From manufacturer SCAT, the unit combines two independent safety mechanisms—an integrated ball in the funnel basin and a sealing ring incorporated in the hinged lid—to prevent the release of toxic gases. Electrically conductive high-density polyethylene enables static charges to be discharged safely through the grounding cable, rendering the funnel particularly suitable for explosive or flammable media. A hinged lid with sealing ring secures the funnel when idle. The optimised sieve retains larger particles and offers a stable surface for laboratory bottles, while the enhanced splash guard with integrated air channels reduces bubble formation. The ball valve opens automatically on filling and a safety lance (individually shortenable) ensures clean discharge of liquid waste. All main components are detachable for easy cleaning.
