Ball funnel "ARNOLD" V2.0 S50 is a sturdy safety funnel engineered for the safe handling and disposal of hazardous liquid waste in laboratory settings. Made of high-quality white PE-HD (high-density polyethylene), it incorporates a 200 mm funnel diameter, 220 mm safety lance, splash guard and removable sieve. Two independent safety mechanisms—a ball seated in the funnel basin and a sealing ring integrated into the hinged lid—prevent the escape of toxic or harmful vapours. The hinged lid with sealing ring seals the funnel when idle. An optimised sieve traps larger particles and serves as a rest for laboratory bottles, while the improved splash guard with built-in air channels avoids bubble formation. The ball valve opens automatically upon filling, and the safety lance can be shortened as required for clean drainage. All essential parts are removable to facilitate cleaning. The updated design provides greater stability and durability, resisting deformation even under demanding conditions.
