Ball funnel ARNOLD V2.0, S90 is a durable safety funnel intended for the controlled disposal of hazardous liquid laboratory waste. Constructed from white high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it features a 200 mm funnel diameter, hinged lid, 220 mm safety lance, splash protection and a removable sieve. Two independent safety mechanisms—an integrated ball in the funnel basin and a sealing ring built into the hinged lid—prevent escape of toxic or harmful gases when the funnel is not in use. The splash guard includes air channels that minimise bubble formation, and the optimised sieve retains larger particles while allowing laboratory bottles to rest securely. The ball valve opens automatically during filling; the safety lance can be individually shortened for clean emptying. Essential components are detachable for simple cleaning. The reinforced design from manufacturer SCAT provides high stability and longevity, resisting deformation under heavy laboratory workloads.
