Description
ICP Multi-Element Standard Solution CR-109 is a ROTI®Star calibration standard containing four elements for trace analysis by ICP-OES, ICP-MS and related techniques. The solution provides Bi at 1000 mg/l, Sb at 1000 mg/l, Se at 500 mg/l and Te at 1000 mg/l in a matrix of 5% HNO3 plus 1% HCl. Density is approximately 1 g/cm³ and the boiling point is above 83 °C. Supplied in a 100 ml pack with a weight of about 0,120 kg, this multi-element standard supports water analysis and other trace-element workflows where reliable multi-element references are required. The preparation is offered from manufacturer Carl ROTH under the ROTI®Star line for laboratory calibration and quality-control use. Concentrations are stated in mg/l, enabling straightforward dilution schemes for instrument calibration in ICP and AAS environments. The acidic nitric–hydrochloric matrix is typical for stabilising these elements in solution. UN number 3264 applies to transport classification. This standard is intended for analytical laboratories performing multi-element determinations in aqueous samples and related matrices.

Questions about ICP Multi-Element Standard Sol. CR-109, ROTI®Star 4 elements
What is this article?
ICP Multi-Element Standard Sol. CR-109, ROTI®Star 4 elements is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Carl Roth for laboratory use. It sits in ICP, AAS & ion standards, inside Analytical standards & reference materials, in Lab chemicals.
An ICP, AAS or ion standard is a solution of a stated element or ion at a stated concentration, with an uncertainty. It is the calibration point of a spectrometer or an electrode. The matrix, often dilute acid, has to match the method. A standard past its expiry is not that concentration.
A reference material is the article against which another result is compared. Its value is stated, and the uncertainty of that value is part of the product. An ICP or ion standard is a solution of known concentration. A volumetric standard is for titration. A chromatography standard is the peak you match. The grade names, including pharmacopoeia and ASTM, say which impurities were limited. Identity is checked on PubChem. Names follow IUPAC. Medicinal grades follow the European Pharmacopoeia and USP.
Which category should I open next?
The category is Analytical standards & reference materials. The sub-category is ICP, AAS & ion standards. The catalogue is Lab chemicals.
Shelves beside this one are Chromatography standards (GC, HPLC, pesticides), Reference substances & reagents (other), Volumetric standard solutions (titration), Reagents for analysis (Ph. Eur., ASTM, DIN), Spectroscopy & physical property standards and Indicators & indicator solutions.
What should I check before I order?
The technical information on this page is the manufacturer's sheet. Read that, not a rewritten specification.
When this page shows a safety data sheet, use that manufacturer file. Hazard text does not belong in the sales description. For a pack size, a grade or a certificate that is not on the page, send a quote request or contact the team.
How does ordering and shipping work?
Luminix Health distributes this article from the heart of Europe. Articles in stock ship within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery is free from €250 excl. VAT. Cold-chain goods and dangerous goods under ADR are never included in that free delivery. The terms are in the Shipping Policy. The full brand index is on shop by brand. Who we are is on about us.
