A dual scale allows Newton and kilogram values to be read in parallel, while a rotatable scale disc simplifies zero setting of the instrument. Peak hold is realised by a drag pointer, so maximum force values remain visible after the load is removed. The display can also be zeroed at the push of a button. The gauge mounts on all manual test stands and is delivered in a robust carrying case together with the illustrated standard attachments and a 90 mm extension rod.
