Description
Option surcharge for CC-T1 upgrades the standard EPC3016P1 controller to a CC-T1 program controller and data recorder with USB and Ethernet connectivity. Designed for single-zone control, the unit features a 4,3″ touchscreen and supports 10 programmes with up to 24 segments per programme, for example 12 ramps and 12 dwells. Up to two control tracks are available for optional solenoid valves. A USB port is located on the front of the control housing and an Ethernet port on the rear panel. Process data are logged in CSV format to a customer USB stick. A real-time clock with calendar allows programmable start date and time, while programme status and heater output are displayed continuously. Language selection covers English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Chinese. Three password-protected user levels separate operator, supervisor and administrator functions for setpoints, programme editing, alarms, calibration and communication settings. This controller option from manufacturer Carbolite Gero is supplied as a single piece for integration with compatible furnace systems.

Questions about OPTION Upgrade CC-T1 from EPC3016P1 (00053272)
What is this article?
OPTION Upgrade CC-T1 from EPC3016P1 (00053272) is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Carbolite Gero for laboratory use. It sits in Vacuum pumps, inside Pumps, vacuum & evaporation, in Lab instruments.
A laboratory vacuum pump lowers pressure for filtration or evaporation. A diaphragm pump tolerates solvent vapour better than an oil-sealed rotary vane pump, and it reaches a milder vacuum. The ultimate vacuum and the flow, and whether the wetted path survives the solvent, are the choices.
A vacuum pump lowers the pressure above a liquid so it boils at a lower temperature. That is the point of a rotary evaporator: solvent leaves a sample without cooking it. A diaphragm pump or a rotary-vane pump is chosen by the vacuum it reaches and by whether solvent vapour will destroy it. A peristaltic pump moves liquid by squeezing a tube, so the liquid touches only the tube. A barrel pump transfers a larger volume from a drum. The glassware on the evaporator is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Solvent identity is on PubChem.
