Description
Peristaltic pump iPump6S-W is a high-power drive unit engineered for multi-channel use and large tubing diameters with variable pumping rates. Designed for laboratory and process applications that demand flexible flow control, the drive accepts different pump heads for up to 8 channels. Motor speed is adjustable from 0,1 to 600 rpm, delivering flow rates from 0,0001 to 6061 ml/min depending on head and tubing (maximum flow in combination with head KZ25A). Runtime can be set from 0,1 s to 99 h in addition to speed. Setpoints are entered via membrane keypad, RS-485 interface or analogue input; a Prime key enables rapid tubing fill. Current rotational speed is shown on a clear three-digit LED display, and the last parameters are retained after switch-off. Forward and reverse directions are supported. Compatible heads include YZ15A (1, 2, 4, 6 or 8) and KZ25A (1, 2 or 4). The unit from manufacturer Landgraf HLL is supplied as drive only without head; additional adapters are required for more than two heads. Compact housing measures 285 × 207 × 180 mm and operates on 230 V AC.
