SY 1000 D, Reactor vessel 1000 ml with bottom discharge

SY 1000 D reactor vessel is a double-walled glass reactor vessel with bottom outlet for the EasySyn reactor system. It provides a 1000 ml working volume and a DN 100 flange, combining jacketed temperature control with convenient drainage of the reaction mixture through the base outlet. The double-wall design enables circulating fluids to maintain defined thermal conditions during synthesis, work-up and process studies. Included is a stainless steel metal adapter with M 16x1 male thread for attaching temperature hoses to external thermostats. Scope of delivery covers the glass reactor complete with this metal adapter, prepared for modular EasySyn configurations. Manufactured by IKA, the vessel supports laboratory applications that benefit from both thermal regulation and bottom discharge, such as crystallisation, precipitation and multi-step stirred reactions. Clear glass construction allows continuous visual observation of the contents, while the standardised flange interface ensures compatibility with matching lids, stirrers and accessories. Net weight is 3,180 kg. Chemical development, pharmaceutical research and materials laboratories can deploy this 1000 ml vessel wherever controlled heating or cooling and easy emptying of the reactor are required within the EasySyn platform.
