SY 500, Reactor vessel 500 ml

SY 500 is a double-walled reactor vessel with accessories intended for the EasySyn reactor system. It offers a working volume of 500 ml and a DN 100 flange for secure mounting in the matching stand. Stainless-steel metal adapters with M 16x1 male threads are included for straightforward attachment of temperature-control hoses. The scope of delivery comprises the glass reactor complete with the metal adapters, providing a ready-to-install component for laboratory synthesis work. Designed for integration into the EasySyn platform from manufacturer IKA, the vessel supports controlled organic or aqueous reactions when combined with the appropriate lid, stirrer, stand and thermostat. The double-walled construction enables efficient heat transfer for precise temperature management of the reaction mixture. Net weight is 1,725 kg. Further glass reactors with or without bottom outlet, reactor lids, stirring elements, temperature sensors and automation options are available as complementary accessories within the same system family, allowing flexible expansion of the laboratory setup as experimental needs evolve.
