The stainless-steel sensing element has a probe length of 330 mm and a probe diameter of 3,0 mm, and is suitable for fermenters from 2000 to 5000 ml. A cable length of 1,5 m ends in a Lemo connector for secure instrument coupling. This Pt-100 probe from manufacturer Landgraf HLL is designed as an accessory for thermostat 886710040 when equipped with temperature-control option 886710040S; the probe must be calibrated in the thermostat software. Compatible fermentation-vessel screw fittings are 886762934 (GL 18, 3 mm) or 886763034 (GL 25, 3 mm). An optional glass jacket for the temperature probe (L1402350) can be selected when required. The unit is supplied as one package for MyFerm 5+10 l setups that need direct medium temperature measurement and control.
