Description
testoterm temperature measuring strips for +71 °C to +110 °C are self-adhesive, temperature-sensitive films that react with a clear colour change when defined temperature thresholds are exceeded. They are intended for monitoring products and processes in which a specific temperature must not be surpassed, including moving or small objects such as circuit boards, long-term checks during storage and transport, laboratory work, automotive engineering and aerospace applications. Each booklet contains 10 strips from manufacturer Testo; the strips peel off like stickers and adhere directly to the measurement object. A graduated scale from +71 °C to +110 °C is divided into white boxes that darken within 2 to 3 seconds once the corresponding temperature point is reached. Readable steps are 71 °C, 77 °C, 82 °C, 88 °C, 93 °C, 99 °C, 104 °C and 110 °C. The colour change is irreversible, so critical temperature excursions remain visible even after the object cools again and can still be assessed later during storage or transport reviews.
