TICKOPUR R 32 is a specialised complexing-agent-free liquid cleaner for ultrasonic cleaning of dismantled and intact machines, tools, devices and parts in industry, crafts and laboratories. The highly concentrated formulation is intended especially for SONOREX ultrasonic units and is also suitable for immersion, wipe and high-pressure cleaning. Correct use delivers rapid, material-friendly results. TICKOPUR R 32 removes distillation residues, organic and inorganic deposits as well as oily and greasy soiling from metals including light metals, glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber and similar materials. It is formulated for processes in which complexing agents would interfere. The concentrate from manufacturer Bandelin is dosed from 0,25 %, typically at 0,25–5 %, with sonication times of 1–10 minutes at 20–80 °C. At 1 % the pH is 9,9; corrosion protection is included and the product is biodegradable. Supplied as a 5,0 l unit with 6 kg net weight. The concentrate causes skin irritation and serious eye damage, so gloves, protective clothing and eye or face protection are required.
