Vent Filter VT1/UV Kit for Ultra Clear® 60 l Tank combines sterile tank ventilation with ultraviolet disinfection for Ultra Clear pure-water storage systems. The kit includes a lid with connection adapters for vent filter and UV ports. A hydrophobic sterile filter rated at 0,1 µm ensures sterile filtration of tank aeration. The vent filter measures 50 mm in height and 70 mm in diameter and supports a maximum pump capacity of 2000 l/h at a differential pressure of 0,2 mbar. The UV disinfection unit serves 30 l, 60 l and 80 l storage tanks and consists of one immersion lamp mounted in a specialised quartz protection tube with installation flange plus a ballast in the connection lead. The lamp provides 12 W UV output at a wavelength of 254 nm, measures 248 mm in length, offers a service life of 8,000 h and connects at 24 V / 50 Hz for water temperatures up to 35 °C. Drive and monitoring are performed via the Ultra Clear RO controller from manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies.
