VX 2E.n is a tube attachment for the VXR basic Vibrax® shaker, holding 64 × 1,5 ml tubes in a compact layout suited to parallel sample processing. It replaces the earlier VX 2E model and introduces a cleaner, more elegant design while retaining the same tube capacity. At only 368 g compared with 787 g for the previous attachment, the unit is roughly half the weight, which reduces the moving mass on the shaker platform and simplifies handling during changeovers. Net weight is given as 0,364 kg. The attachment is intended for routine laboratory mixing and vortexing workflows that require many small tubes at once. From manufacturer IKA, VX 2E.n integrates with the established Vibrax® platform so existing users can upgrade the tube rack without altering capacity.
