Waterproof multiparameter handheld meter with HI7698194/20 probe and 20 m cable is designed for precise on-site determination of water quality at greater immersion depths. Using its digital multisensor probe, the unit can measure and display up to 12 parameters at once: pH, redox potential, conductivity together with TDS, resistivity and salinity options, dissolved oxygen and temperature. Results appear on the backlit graphic LCD in textual or graphical format and can be stored for later PC transfer. The probe holds a maximum of three field-exchangeable, colour-coded sensors that thread into place and are detected automatically. Operators may choose quick one-point calibration with HI9828-25 or conventional multi-point calibration for pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen. Automatic temperature compensation and automatic barometric compensation for dissolved oxygen are built in. The handheld housing is IP67-rated for temporary immersion, while the probe itself meets IP68 for continuous underwater use; the Quick Connect DIN coupling keeps the link waterproof. Comprehensive GLP records and logging of up to 45 000 values round out the feature set.
