Weight basket KERN 346-055-004 is a standardized accessory for block weights adjusted according to OIML class M1. It supports testing of high-load floor scales, pallet scales, weighing pallet trucks, crane scales and similar heavy-duty systems. In addition the basket provides convenient storage for the associated weights. Basket and weights can be placed on the scale together in a single step, saving time and money. The weight basket is adjusted to OIML accuracy class M1; alternative OIML classes are available on request. Its nominal weight value under OIML class M1 is 50 kg. Compatible loading comprises 4 × 50 kg block weights of OIML class M1, resulting in a maximum total weight of 250 kg including the basket. Tolerance is ± 2,5 mg.
