Description
PCR master mix Hot Start x-VITA is a ready-to-use 2× formulation for polymerase chain reaction workflows. The mix contains x-VITA Hot Start Taq polymerase together with dNTPs, MgCl2 and stabilizers, so only template DNA and primers need to be added before amplification. Hot-start behaviour keeps the master mix inactive at room temperature, helping reduce non-specific amplification during setup. All essential reaction components except template and primers are already included, simplifying pipetting and improving run-to-run consistency in routine PCR. Supplied as a 500-piece pack from manufacturer Labbox, this reagent supports molecular biology applications that require controlled initiation of Taq activity and a complete 2× master-mix format.
