Digital force gauge FS 2-20KSP1 with external measuring cell is a premium FS 2 instrument for measuring forces up to a maximum of 20 kN. The system is intended for both tension and compression force measurements and includes the 4-wire S-type measuring cell CS 2000-3P1 in nickel-plated steel for force and mass measurement. Accuracy class is according to OIML C3, with a rated output of 2 mV/V. The sensor is hermetically sealed and offers dust and splash protection to IP67 in accordance with EN 60529.

One instrument can capture forces in different tension or compression directions. A 3,5'' touchscreen with touch pen is provided, and the standard layout offers two measuring channels for external force sensors, expandable afterwards from 2 to 4. Sensor-specific data are stored directly in the connector. Selectable SI units cover kg, N, kN, mN, MN, Nm, kNm and mNm. Track function, peak-value measurement and tolerance function support continuous and limit-based work, while 16 GB internal memory stores results. USB interface for data transfer and power supply is standard; two-point adjustment with weights or numerical adjustment is possible.
