BOLA HT replacement inner parts for GL 32 fittings are designed for hose with an outer diameter of 19,05 mm (3/4 inch) and restore the internal sealing elements of laboratory screw couplings. The set comprises a clamping ring in PPS together with a sealing wedge and a sealing plate made of PTFE; for connections intended for hose outer diameters smaller than 3 mm an additional FKM O-ring is included that stays out of contact with the flow medium. As a result, the medium touches only PTFE, giving very good chemical resistance against a broad spectrum of laboratory chemicals and solvents. These high-temperature spare parts from manufacturer Bohlender enable targeted maintenance of BOLA GL fittings without replacing the complete screw joint.
