Description
cellGrade™ plus 96-well microtiter plates are sterile polystyrene (PS) plates for cell culture applications. Each BRANDplates® unit combines a black plate body with transparent flat (F-bottom) wells and a well volume of 330 µl. The cellGrade™ plus surface is intended for cell culture use and the plates are supplied under BIO-CERT® CELL CULTURE QUALITY with sterility. Transparent bottoms enable bottom-reading optical detection, while the black walls help reduce background in fluorescence and related sensitive readout formats. With 96 sample positions in the standard microplate footprint, the plates integrate with common readers, washers and automation platforms. These plates from manufacturer Brand are packed as 50 pieces for screening, assay development and routine cell-based experiments. Polystyrene construction, flat transparent bottoms and the cell culture grade surface support adherent cell work and microplate assays in research and industrial laboratories while remaining compatible with established handling and measurement systems.

What is this article?
Microplate, cellGrade+, 96-well, PS, transp.b., black,'F'bottom 330 µl 50 pcs is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Brand for laboratory use. It sits in Microplates, inside Microplates, PCR & reaction tubes, in Lab consumables.
A microplate is an array of wells, commonly 96 or 384, in clear, black or white plastic. Clear is for absorbance. Black is for fluorescence. The well shape, flat or round bottom, and whether the plate is sterile and treated for cells, are the specification. Not every 96-well plate fits every reader.
A microplate is an array of wells so the same step can be done many times. A deep-well plate holds more volume. A PCR plate or a strip of tubes is thin-walled so the temperature of a cycler reaches the liquid quickly. A seal keeps the well from evaporating. The well number, the working volume and whether the plate is skirted for a robot are the choices. Diagnostic test systems are listed under ISO in vitro diagnostic systems. Methods are on PubMed.
