MIXcontrol 20 is a universal control unit for connecting one MIXdrive stirring drive, providing 20 W stirring power over a speed range of 100 to 1600 rpm. It supports jerk-free stirring even at low speeds and features a four-stage power setting at 25 %, 50 %, 75 % and 100 %. A digital display enables clear adjustment of speed and power. SoftStart ensures reliable catching and centring of the stir bar with safe acceleration, while QuickSet allows rapid selection of the initial or maximum speed. The last operating state is retained when the unit is switched off. The durable stainless steel housing from manufacturer 2mag is easy to clean and measures 200 × 155 × 38 mm, with a net weight of 1,60 kg. Connection values are 100–240 V / 50–60 Hz / 1,5 A with 48 VDC output voltage; protection class is IP20. Optional interfaces include RS232, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, USB, Ethernet and OPC UA; alternative housings and software adaptations are available on request. Developed and made in Germany, the unit carries a three-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects and is intended for laboratory stirring applications with MIXdrive systems.
