Description

Chemically resistant diaphragm liquid pump LIQUIPORT® NF 1.300 FT.18 S provides dependable liquid transfer with a manually adjustable flow of 0,5–3 l/min (water at 20 °C, zero head). It achieves a pressure head of 60 mWS and a suction head of 3 mWS while remaining self-priming and dry-run safe. The entire wetted path uses PTFE for the pump head and diaphragm together with FFKM valves, delivering excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals. Version S permits straightforward manual flow setting. Connection is via ID12 mm hose. The compact housing measures 104 × 188 × 160 mm and weighs 1,5 kg. Media temperatures from +5 to +80 °C and ambient temperatures from +5 to +40 °C are supported. This LIQUIPORT® pump from manufacturer KNF is engineered for laboratory and technical applications that demand high chemical inertness, reliable self-priming performance and simple on-site flow control. Compatible optional accessories include stand brackets, wall mounts and PTFE tubing for flexible system integration.

What is this article?

Chemically-resistant Diaphragm Liquid, Pump LIQUIPORT® NF 1.300 FT.18 S is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes KNF for laboratory use. It sits in Pumps (other) & accessories, inside Pumps, vacuum & evaporation, in Lab instruments.

These are the pumps and fittings that are not a vacuum pump, a peristaltic pump or a drum pump. Flow, pressure and chemical compatibility of the wetted parts remain the three questions.

A vacuum pump lowers the pressure above a liquid so it boils at a lower temperature. That is the point of a rotary evaporator: solvent leaves a sample without cooking it. A diaphragm pump or a rotary-vane pump is chosen by the vacuum it reaches and by whether solvent vapour will destroy it. A peristaltic pump moves liquid by squeezing a tube, so the liquid touches only the tube. A barrel pump transfers a larger volume from a drum. The glassware on the evaporator is indexed under ISO laboratory glassware. Solvent identity is on PubChem.
