Compact laboratory balance KERN PCD 10K-3 is a high-resolution precision balance with a detachable evaluation device that offers maximum flexibility in laboratory setups. The separate weighing platform makes the instrument ideal for operations inside a glove box or beneath laboratory fume hoods, and is especially practical when handling toxic, volatile or contaminated substances. PRE-TARE supports manual pre-deduction of a known container weight, which is useful during fill quantity checks and repetitive dosing tasks. Freely programmable weighing units permit direct display in application-specific formats such as thread length in g/m or paper weight in g/m². A spirit level together with adjustable feet is supplied as standard for exact levelling, helping achieve accurate weighing results. The weighing pan measures 160 mm in width by 160 mm in depth. A protective working cover is included in the delivery scope.
