Demountable cuvette type 124-QS is a precision optical cell made from High Performance quartz glass for spectrophotometric work across the 200 nm to 2500 nm wavelength range. It offers a path length of 0,5 mm and a fill volume of 85 µl, supporting accurate measurements on small sample volumes in routine and research spectroscopy. Hellma precision cuvettes are manufactured entirely in Germany and are suitable for all common spectrophotometers. High path-length accuracy and parallelism help ensure continuously reproducible results. The cells are thermally bonded rather than glued, giving strong resistance to temperature and chemicals and reducing the risk of unintended leakage. Selected High Performance quartz glasses provide excellent transmission greater than 82 % for exact readings. Chamfered edges enable secure, comfortable handling and minimise chipping. The cuvettes can be cleaned and reused for long-term laboratory use.
