Dip sampler in polypropylene with 500 ml volume and continuously extendable length from 100 cm to 200 cm enables simple liquid sample collection in laboratory and process settings. Transparent tubing provides good visibility of the sample column during immersion and withdrawal. The upper end is fitted with a stopcock and the lower end with a ball valve, supporting both all-layer and target-point or bottom sampling techniques. For an all-layer sample, the unit is lowered slowly with the valve open, then closed before withdrawal and emptying. For a target-point sample, the closed sampler is positioned at the desired depth, the stopcock opened to admit liquid, then closed again before retrieval.
