The 2000 ml model is manufactured from borosilicate glass 3.3 and meets class B accuracy, with volume tolerances aligned to the DIN and ISO error limits applicable to measuring and mixing cylinders. It is calibrated to contain (“In”) at the +20 °C reference temperature. The large hexagonal foot with three base knobs ensures secure standing and stops the cylinder from rolling. Consistent wall thickness across the entire measuring range prevents wedge errors, and the fired-on white scale with line graduations stays permanently legible and easy to read. Applications cover measurement of liquid amounts, dilution of solutions, mixing of multiple components and volumetry.
