DURAN® volumetric flask, Class A, amber, 5 ml is a precision wide-neck borosilicate glass 3.3 flask with white print, Certificate of Conformity and batch certificate, plus polyethylene stopper. Class A offers the tightest volume tolerances; amber DURAN® Class A flasks carry white printing. The batch certificate records the batch mean, standard deviation and issue date and is also available online; the four-digit batch number encodes production year and batch. Conforming to ISO 1042, the flask provides UV protection via an external amber coating that retains long durability and chemical resistance while leaving interior DURAN® properties unchanged. It is adjusted to contain (In) at +20 °C, features a ground ring mark and a permanently fired white scale image for precise volume determination.
