Description
Dynamic climate chamber MK115-400V is an environmental test chamber for cyclic heat and cold testing from −40 °C to +180 °C. Its 115 l nominal volume offers expanded workspace for temperature stress, ageing and material qualification work while remaining a flexible alternative to elaborate custom systems. APT.line™ preheating chamber technology promotes uniform conditions, and programmable condensation protection supports sample integrity. A heated viewing window with LED interior lighting improves observation during runs. The intuitive touchscreen controller provides time-segment and real-time programming, adjustable ramp function, integrated chart recorder and real-time clock. An internal data logger stores measured values for USB export in open format; Ethernet enables computer communication. The stainless-steel interior is supplied with one stainless-steel shelf, door heating and a 50 mm left-side access port with silicone plug. Class 2 temperature selectable limiter (DIN 12880) with optical alarm, optical and acoustic fault diagnostics, four castors (two lockable) and APT-COM™ Basic Edition multi-management software are included. Cooling uses a compression refrigeration machine with CFC-free refrigerant R-452A. From manufacturer Binder, the MK series is intended for reliable heat and cold tests across the full stated temperature window.

Questions about Dynamic climate chambers MK115-400V
What is this article?
Dynamic climate chambers MK115-400V is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Binder for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
