Description
Dynamic climate chamber MKT115-400V is a precision environmental simulation cabinet for cyclic temperature testing from −70 °C to +180 °C. With a nominal volume of 102 l, stainless-steel interior and APT.line™ preheating chamber technology, it combines natural simulation characteristics with high accuracy and performance for demanding temperature-cycle applications. Cooling is provided by a cascade compression refrigeration machine using CFC-free refrigerants R-452A and R-23, ensuring rapid temperature changes and substantial performance reserves. The unit features an intuitive touchscreen controller with time-segment and real-time programming, an internal data logger with open-format USB data export, heated viewing window with LED interior lighting and programmable condensation protection for samples. Four potential-free switching contacts, a class 2 temperature safety limiter according to DIN 12880, door heating, adjustable ramp function, integrated chart recorder, real-time clock and Ethernet computer interface support safe, reproducible operation. BINDER Multi Management Software APT-COM™ Basic Edition and a fault diagnosis system with optical and acoustic alarm are included. Supplied on four casters (two lockable) from manufacturer Binder, the MKT series chamber meets high precision and performance requirements for cyclic temperature tests in research and quality control.

Questions about Dynamic climate chambers MKT115-400V
What is this article?
Dynamic climate chambers MKT115-400V is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Binder for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
