Description
Dynamic climate chamber MKT115-480V-C is an environmental simulation cabinet for cyclic temperature testing over a working range from −70 °C to +180 °C. Its 115 l nominal volume combines APT.line™ preheating chamber technology with forced-air temperature control, a stainless-steel interior and shelves, and cascade compression cooling using CFC-free refrigerants R-452A and R-23. A heated viewing window with LED interior lighting, programmable condensation protection for samples, door heating and an adjustable ramp function support reproducible test conditions. The unit provides four potential-free switching contacts, an intuitive touchscreen controller with time-segment and real-time programming, an internal data logger with open-format USB readout, Ethernet interface, integrated chart recorder and real-time clock. Safety features include a class 2 temperature selectable limiter (DIN 12880) with optical alarm and a fault diagnosis system with optical and acoustic alarm; four castors (two lockable) and a left-side 50 mm access port with silicone plug complete the hardware. BINDER Multi Management Software APT-COM™ Basic Edition is supplied. This chamber from manufacturer Binder is built for high-precision cyclic temperature work with natural simulation characteristics. Power consumption is 5500 W; pack size 1 pc.

Questions about Dynamic climate chambers MKT115-480V-C
What is this article?
Dynamic climate chambers MKT115-480V-C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Binder for laboratory use. It sits in Drying ovens & climate chambers, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A drying oven holds a temperature above ambient to drive off water or to condition a sample. A climate chamber also holds humidity. Uniformity across the chamber, not only the set point, decides whether two samples on different shelves saw the same conditions.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
Which category should I open next?
