Tips measure 34 mm, are colourless, and are presented in dark-grey trays that support quick volume and pipette recognition through colour coding. Each pack contains 960 tips as ten trays of 96 tips, offering a refill format that generates less waste than single-use racks. Reload trays from manufacturer Eppendorf can be autoclaved at up to 121 °C both in the packaging and without foil for subsequent use, supporting controlled reprocessing workflows where appropriate. Depending on tip size, trays in the refill system are nested or stacked to save space. The system is available in Eppendorf Quality and PCR clean purity grades; this variant is Eppendorf Quality and non-sterile. ACT certification provides independent third-party sustainability validation by My Green Lab.
