HABITAT cell sw 2 vessel package is a 2 l single-walled glass vessel set intended for cell culture applications on the HABITAT research bioreactor. It includes the single-walled 2-litre glass vessel, the corresponding stirring drive and sensors for temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), fill level and foam, plus all required connection accessories. Used together with a separately available control unit package such as HABITAT cell, the system supplies every essential component for effective cell cultivation at the 2 l scale. Manufacturer IKA designed this package for research groups that need larger working volumes while retaining the optical clarity and sensor integration of the HABITAT platform. The single-walled construction is appropriate where external jacket tempering through the vessel wall is not required. Net weight is 9,110 kg. Suitable for scale-up studies, media optimisation and process-development work in academic and industrial cell culture laboratories operating HABITAT research bioreactors.
