Heating mantle PILZ® Classic-Line U2ER with power controller is a housing heating mantle for large 10,000 ml round-bottom flasks with a diameter of 279 mm. Designed for 230 VAC operation, it delivers 1400 W and allows a maximum operating temperature of 450 °C. The rectangular powder-coated metal housing is built for high volumes, offers strong chemical resistance, and encloses a hand-knitted glass-silk heating element for even heat transfer. Equipment includes a main on/off switch, an integrated mechanical power controller for stepless output selection from 0–100 %, and a heating-zone switch with integrated “Heating” status lamp for zone 1 or zones 1+2. A detachable plug connection (cable length 0,50 m) and a personnel-protection plug with residual-current function plus Schuko cable type E/F (1,00 m) are included.
