Description

Hose set for ion exchangers SG-2000–SG-6200 with 3/4'' connection is a dedicated accessory for mixed-bed ion-exchange and full demineralisation (VE) installations. The set incorporates a temperature-compensated (TK) electrode and is intended for ion exchangers in the SG-2000 to SG-6200 range with R 3/4'' connection. It is compatible only with the conductivity meter LFW-200 (W3T199245), so temperature-compensated conductivity measurement can be integrated correctly into the pure-water line. Supplied as one complete piece, the hose set supports reliable hydraulic and measuring connection on VE cartridges used for laboratory and technical water treatment. The assembly is offered by manufacturer Evoqua Water Technologies under the Evoqua® trademark and fits water-demineralisation setups where continuous conductivity control on SG-series ion exchangers is required. Typical application areas include ion exchangers, water full demineralisation and VE cartridge systems that already specify the LFW-200 meter and the matching 3/4'' hose interface.

This article is part of Sorbents, silica gel & ion exchangers, in SPE & sample preparation.

Questions about Hose set for deionizer models SG-2000 - SG-6200

What is this article?

Hose set for deionizer models SG-2000 - SG-6200 is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Evoqua Water Technologies for laboratory use. It sits in Sorbents, silica gel & ion exchangers, inside SPE & sample preparation, in Chromatography equipment.

Loose sorbent, silica gel and ion-exchange resin are the phases bought in bulk to pack a column or to stir into a solution. Particle size and activity, or the ion-exchange capacity, are the specification. A TLC silica and a flash silica of different particle sizes are not the same separation.

Solid-phase extraction holds a compound on a sorbent while the rest of the sample is washed away, then releases it in a small volume. The sorbent, the bed mass and the solvents are the method. Silica, ion exchangers and polymer phases do different jobs. A flash column is the same idea scaled toward purification rather than trace cleanup. The molecules are on PubChem, named by IUPAC.
