Working temperatures run from at least 5 °C above ambient up to +250 °C, with a settable range of +20 °C to +250 °C. The unit is supplied with one grid shelf, a stainless steel door and an electronically adjustable exhaust air flap from 0 % to 100 % in 10 % steps. SingleDISPLAY ControlCOCKPIT control allows three calibration values to be set, while dual overtemperature protection and an integrated data logger with capacity for at least ten years support secure, documented operation. Protocol data can be read out via the Ethernet interface, and a factory calibration certificate for +160 °C is included.
