The kit includes four Safety Cap III units with GL 45 thread, each featuring a freely rotatable PEEK core with internal UNF ¼'' 28G thread for capillaries and air-valve connection, plus four air valves, four change indicators, twelve PE fittings of 1,6 mm OD, twelve of 2,3 mm OD and twelve of 3,2 mm OD, eight PE blind plugs and four labelling fields. Free of polyhalogenolefins and PFAS-free, the PEEK cores and PE fittings are tailored for PFAS work and meet DIN 38407-42, DIN 38414-14 and EU Directive 2020/2184. Safety Caps from manufacturer SCAT deliver the highest safety standard by blocking harmful vapours and shielding the HPLC system from contamination. Compatible with all common HPLC platforms, unused connections are sealed by the included blind plugs. Every component can be reordered separately, giving a cost benefit versus single-item buying and remaining fully usable even when fewer ports are required.
