Description
ICC control IB R RO 15 pro is an integrated tempering and mixing system with 15 stirring positions for glass vessels up to 250 ml. The package includes the ICC control immersion thermostat, the BL.ICC bath bridge and the PDS.IB.R.RO pump connection set with flow distributor, ensuring uniform temperature distribution across the full length of the stainless-steel bath. Fifteen laser markings simplify precise positioning of sample vessels. Maximum temperature is 130 °C; the usable bath opening measures 489 x 313 x 98 mm and sample immersion depth ranges from 35–75 mm. The stainless-steel bath is size L for the RO 15 magnetic stirrer and holds 25 l. Overall external dimensions are 678 x 361 x 355 mm. For bath temperatures above 80 °C when water is used as the tempering medium, PP floating balls are recommended to insulate the bath and reduce water loss. This complete laboratory system from manufacturer IKA combines controlled heating with multi-position magnetic stirring for parallel sample work.
This article is part of Water & oil baths, in Heating, drying & cooling.

Questions about ICC control IB R RO 15 pro, Immersion circulator with magnetic stirrer and bath
What is this article?
ICC control IB R RO 15 pro, Immersion circulator with magnetic stirrer and bath is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes IKA for laboratory use. It sits in Water & oil baths, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A water bath surrounds a vessel with warm water. An oil bath reaches higher than water's boiling point. The tank volume and the maximum temperature are the specification. A cover and a level matter, because a dry bath element overheats.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
