IKA PETTE multi 8 x 0.5 - 10 µl is an 8-channel mechanical air-displacement pipette with variable volume for precise pipetting into microtiter and deep-well plates. Part of the PETTE multi series covering adjustable ranges from 0,5 to 200 µl, it supports high-throughput multiwell work with colour coding for rapid instrument selection. The tip cone is impact-, UV- and chemical-resistant for reliable long-term dosing. Three interchangeable grips in different shapes and materials are included so the handle can be matched to individual hand anatomy for wrist-friendly daily use. Volume is set in coarse and fine steps via a multifunctional button operable with one hand; large display digits show the set volume clearly. Tip ejection is performed by the same central button without changing hand position, suitable for left- and right-handed users. Piston and tip cone use DLC-coated stainless steel for wear and corrosion resistance, low friction and consistent tip sealing.
