The white polypropylene housing (10 mm wall thickness) carries a rotatable foil keyboard for parameter entry across five programmable setting ranges. Pasteurization temperature is adjustable from 10 °C to 99 °C for 1 minute to 100 hours; maturation runs from 10 °C to 60 °C over the same time span, followed by final cooling between 10 °C and 40 °C, with automatic parameter storage. A chrome-nickel steel heating element and a circulation pump delivering 15 litres per minute maintain uniform conditions; water inlet is a ½-inch hose connection.
