IoT-Line digital weighing transmitter YKV-01 is a modern digital weighing transmitter for fast acquisition of weighing data and forwarding to diverse output media such as tablets, networks and PLC controllers. It is ideal for operating scales in plants or on conveyor lines and helps make weighing processes ready for Industry 4.0. Connect a weighing platform or load cell, integrate the transmitter into the network and start weighing. USB and RS-232 data interfaces are fitted as standard for rapid transfer of weighing data to connected networks and computers, with power supplied via the USB interface. Transmission formats are freely configurable. Functions cover weighing and taring at a measurement frequency of 10 Hz. Convenient set-up is supported by the supplied configuration software. The robust plastic die-cast housing from manufacturer Kern is suitable for wall mounting and DIN-rail mounting and is compatible with all KERN weighing platforms. Scope of delivery includes the digital weighing transmitter, USB cable with power plug, DIN-rail bracket and configuration software for adjustment and administration, large-format PC display of measured values and transfer of these data into other apps and programmes, with conversion into formats for communication with user systems such as SAP or Oracle.
