IoT-Line platform scale KERN IFC 150K20DLM is a robust industrial platform scale built to heavy industrial standard for demanding, rough everyday use. It supports up to three interfaces and can be supplied optionally with verification. A consistent KERN operating concept across design, menu structure, key functions, interface connection and protocol simplifies handling for multi-instrument laboratories and production sites. For Industry 4.0 integration, the KERN Universal Port (KUP) enables data and control exchange via a single housing-mounted interface or, with the KUP Extension Box, via three interfaces in parallel. Available interface options include RS-232, USB, Ethernet, WLAN and Bluetooth, each configurable independently—for continuous PC logging, stable-value printing or analogue target-weight control. A standard real-time clock timestamps weighing results and keeps correct time after power interruption. Optional alibi memory supports paperless archiving, including verified weighings. The scale can be queried and remotely controlled from PC or CRM/ERP systems via the KERN Communication Protocol. Battery change is simplified through an easily accessible housing that leaves the verification seal intact. The platform combines a stainless-steel weighing plate, painted steel substructure and silicone-coated aluminium load cell with IP65 dust and splash protection. A bench stand with wall bracket for the indicator and a protective working cover are included as standard from manufacturer Kern.
