KS 3000 ic control is an incubation shaker in an innovative design for unattended operation in a temperature-controlled environment, equipped with a built-in cooling coil for connection to an external cooling unit such as RC 2 basic or control. A large LED display shows speed and time settings, and the operating controls feature an antimicrobial coating that helps reduce microbial load. Integrated PID temperature regulation uses two PT 1000 temperature sensors; a connection socket inside the working chamber accepts an additional temperature probe such as the PT 1000.60 supplied with the instrument. Temperature and speed are controlled electronically, supported by an electronic timer adjustable from 0 – 999 h in minutes or hours. The unit shuts down automatically if a fault occurs and stops when the hood is opened. A collecting tray with drain hose is provided at the rear. Straightforward operation is extended by complete control and documentation of all functions through labworldsoft® software from manufacturer IKA. Attachments are not included and must be ordered separately according to application requirements. Net weight is 37,000 kg.
