Description
Protein LoBind® Microplate 384/V-PP with clear wells is a polypropylene microplate developed for outstanding sample recovery in protein applications. Wells of 140 µL capacity adopt a V-bottom geometry that minimises residual volume and supports excellent mixing. The white plate utilises Eppendorf LoBind® material free of surface coatings such as silicone, limiting the chance of sample interaction. Batch-certified PCR clean status confirms absence of human DNA, DNase, RNase and PCR inhibitors. An OptiTrack® matrix provides high-contrast well identification, enabling up to 30 % faster sample finding and fewer pipetting mistakes, while RecoverMax® well design further optimises geometry for recovery and mixing. Raised well rims and a smooth surface ensure dependable sealing. The plate belongs to a scalable family that includes reaction vessels, micro test plates and deepwell plates from the same manufacturer. Supplied as 240 plates (10 bags × 24 plates), it is suited to protein workflows that demand high recovery and certified cleanliness.

Questions about Microplate384/V-PP clear/white Pro 240pl
What is this article?
Microplate384/V-PP clear/white Pro 240pl is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes Eppendorf for laboratory use. It sits in Microplates, inside Microplates, PCR & reaction tubes, in Lab consumables.
A microplate is an array of wells, commonly 96 or 384, in clear, black or white plastic. Clear is for absorbance. Black is for fluorescence. The well shape, flat or round bottom, and whether the plate is sterile and treated for cells, are the specification. Not every 96-well plate fits every reader.
A microplate is an array of wells so the same step can be done many times. A deep-well plate holds more volume. A PCR plate or a strip of tubes is thin-walled so the temperature of a cycler reaches the liquid quickly. A seal keeps the well from evaporating. The well number, the working volume and whether the plate is skirted for a robot are the choices. Diagnostic test systems are listed under ISO in vitro diagnostic systems. Methods are on PubMed.
