Description
Muffle furnace 3 L 1100 °C is a compact laboratory chamber furnace developed for materials testing, heat treatment and firing of ceramic or stone samples. The continuous chamber is formed from a vacuum fibre module with integrated heating elements, providing efficient thermal performance and short heat-up times. High-quality ecological insulation contributes to low energy consumption while supporting good temperature stability and distribution. A microprocessor-controlled temperature regulator (Omron E5CC) is supplied as standard, together with a door switch and ceramic floor plate. Maximum and working temperature reach 1100 °C; power rating is 1,8 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase. Chamber dimensions are 120 mm width, 200 mm depth and 105 mm height, giving a usable volume of 3 l. External dimensions measure 345 × 470 × 430 mm; net weight is 18 kg. Maximum heat-up time without load is 35 min, with temperature stability of ±1 °C and uniformity of ±10 °C after equilibration. This model from manufacturer SnolTherm is intended for laboratories, educational institutions, ceramic studios and industrial test facilities.

Questions about Muffelofen 3L 1100°C
What is this article?
Muffelofen 3L 1100°C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes SnolTherm for laboratory use. It sits in Muffle & tube furnaces, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A muffle furnace surrounds a sample with heat for ashing or ignition, often to 1100 °C. A tube furnace heats a sample in a controlled atmosphere inside a tube. The maximum temperature and the chamber size are the specification. A drying oven is not a furnace.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
