Description
The SNOL 6.7/1300 LSM01 muffle furnace is a high-precision laboratory chamber furnace for hardening, solution treatment, normalising and other thermal processes up to 1300 °C. It provides a usable chamber volume of 6,7 l with two-sided heating via elements mounted on ceramic tubes and a vacuum-formed ceramic fibre muffle. A ceramic hearth plate, side-opening door with safety switch and lower control panel support safe daily use in scientific laboratories, education, medicine and industry. Temperature is managed by a microprocessor controller (Omron E5CC basic model), with chamber stability of ±1 °C and uniformity of ±10 °C after equilibration without load; maximum heat-up time without charge is 75 min. Chamber dimensions are 145 × 310 × 135 mm (W × D × H); external dimensions 445 × 575 × 525 mm. Power rating is 2,4 kW at 230 V AC single-phase, with a net weight of 36 kg. An optional exhaust chimney can limit release of process gases. This compact unit from manufacturer SnolTherm combines high-temperature capability with efficient laboratory operation.

Questions about Muffelofen 6.7L 1300°C
What is this article?
Muffelofen 6.7L 1300°C is the article on this page. Luminix Health distributes SnolTherm for laboratory use. It sits in Muffle & tube furnaces, inside Heating, drying & cooling, in Lab instruments.
A muffle furnace surrounds a sample with heat for ashing or ignition, often to 1100 °C. A tube furnace heats a sample in a controlled atmosphere inside a tube. The maximum temperature and the chamber size are the specification. A drying oven is not a furnace.
Temperature equipment either holds a set point or drives a sample toward one. An oven dries. A furnace reaches the temperatures of ashing and melting. A bath surrounds a vessel with water or oil. A circulator moves that fluid. An incubator holds the mild warmth of a culture. An autoclave uses steam under pressure to sterilise. The number that matters is the temperature the article actually reaches, not the number painted on the dial. Temperature is part of the international system kept by the BIPM and compared by EURAMET.
